Wrong order was sent to me. I was sent a bunch of variety packs when all I eat is dark chocolate. And the value of my order surpasses the value of the products sent to me. I tried to get some customer service on this issue but Lindt has been unresponsive. This was since last week Friday, till today I have been unable to get a response from anybody at the company.This has been very frustrating experience, and I am very disappointed with the treatment I have received especially since I am a loyalty card member.
