It was all very easy from selection of flavours, types of boxed chocolates, Advent Calendars through to paymentand delivery instructions. All done in half an hour from an armchair at home.Delivery was prompt and packaging excellent, all goods arrived in perfectcondition, no damage or crushed boxes. Thank you
Lindts greed is now very apparent.For increasingly average chocolate, the last couple of years the Jumbo pick and mix box was £95 for 2.5kg. This year it's £95 for a 2kg box, same price, half a kilo less, sly and massive rip off.No vouchers available even though I was a loyal customer.Their loss, their greed has now guaranteed I will give my money to their rivals who aren't such a slimy rip off.19/11/25 *Update* Lindt asked for 'contact details' to 'resolve problems' I may have and I received two trust pilot emails to respond. BOTH times the link to respond had conveniently expired.I'm not having 'difficulties' I'm pointing out their greed.The #FACT is the Jumbo pick and mix last year was £95 for 2.5kg, it's now £95 for 2kg, that's a 20% reduction in chocolates for the same price. A RIP OFF, SIMPLE.
