I placed my order on Monday 10th Novmber,I received an email to confirm my order had been packaged and would be collected by your courier,who would contact me when it was out for delivery.I have neard nothing from a courier and still not received my order. I messaged yourselves using the contact form on Monday 17th, up to now I've not received a response.I've ordered from yourselves for a few years and never had an issue before.I am hoping my order will arrive as I've paid a lot of money and they are for Christmas presents.
