My box of pick and mix was delivered

My box of pick and mix was delivered. But, the two boxes of shortbread truffles did not arrive. I contacted Lindts and they said I would receive a refund. Very sad that my truffles did not arrive as Lindts are in my opinion the most delicious chocolates.

Wrong item sent

They sent me the wrong item. When I told them and asked them to dispatch the correct one as I needed it by a certain date they wrote back to apologise for the error and said they couldn't send the correct item out. That was it. Not impressed.

never have a problem with Lindt always well packaged what has let it down was Royal Mail leaving on my doorstep and not in a secure place which I have
