I bought this IPL Device to use on my upper lip and underarms. I've been using it at least two times a week since I got it and don't see results. The company states they have a 100 day money back satisfaction guarantee so I contacted them to start the process of getting a refund. This has been impossible. They told me they only offer refunds on brand new products that have never been used. How are you supposed to try a product to see if you are satisfied if the product needs to be unused in order to be returned! Its a scam!!! I also wasn't even sent a Lindywel product. When you go on their website, there are many reviews but not one review less than 4 stars. I wish I did my research better! I'm so disappointed in this product!
