I bought this IPL Device to use on my upper lip and underarms. I've been using it at least two times a week since I got it and don't see results. The company states they have a 100 day money back satisfaction guarantee so I contacted them to start the process of getting a refund. This has been impossible. They told me they only offer refunds on brand new products that have never been used. How are you supposed to try a product to see if you are satisfied if the product needs to be unused in order to be returned! Its a scam!!! I also wasn't even sent a Lindywel product. When you go on their website, there are many reviews but not one review less than 4 stars. I wish I did my research better! I'm so disappointed in this product!
Ordered the Appy laser hair removal device from Lindewel but received a Nuvi by Skinatiks. The Nuvi has terrible reviews saying it is junk, and the company has a history of rebranding to avoid bad reviews for the same product. People ordering the Skinatiks product prior to their rebranding in 2025 were getting a Bloom by Lumynology that they did not order. I have not opened the box because I tried to get a refund- if I had seen trustpilot before ordering I never would have done so. Lindywel (not to be confused with Lindywell, a reputable business, I'm sure the similar name is deliberate) has refused to let me return the unopened product saying their satisfaction guarantee only covers defective items. I have disputed the transaction with my bank.
I ordered one of the at-home laser hair removal products on a whim and then got nervous and checked here. Because of all the bad reviews, I panicked and immediately asked for a refund expecting the absolute worst. Instead, the company responded within 24 hours and within 48 hours I received a refund. All of this happened between Christmas and New Year, which I also think is amazing.
If I could leave a zero- I would- order product - wasn't what I wanted and asked for a refund- they told me that because it was on sale it couldn't be returned. I wasn't looking for a glorified pimp popper. They said it was in the print when I order no refunds- they lied- only thing about refunds was 100days and I had to pay the shipping. Say what you want about Amazon- I would deal with the anyway of the week!! Always been professional. I asked for a copy of the sorry no refund and now they are ignoring me. From what I read on the reviews I would so scared to use this product! DONT BUY IS A SCAM!!!!
Can't leave zero. Dangerous product scam company Seems alot of unhappy customers. I just bought the IPL, which dosent work, wont turn on and caused a spark at the plug. Dangerous product. However a rude reply from company saying they want a video. I an not risking setting my house on fire to accommodate them!!

Absolute SCAM! 1000%!Just received this Chinese fake product with other naming (no Lindywel but Skinatiks) and they are refusing to make a refund. I have not even unpacked the box, even from plastic! Found that they have another site (total copy) with the name Roseskin. But you can easily find this product on Aliexpress and Alibaba for 15-20€!I see someone here was able to have a refund! How it’s possible to get it? I paid with PayPal.Their “service” was answering like copying the same message.
