Ordered the Appy laser hair removal device from Lindewel but received a Nuvi by Skinatiks. The Nuvi has terrible reviews saying it is junk, and the company has a history of rebranding to avoid bad reviews for the same product. People ordering the Skinatiks product prior to their rebranding in 2025 were getting a Bloom by Lumynology that they did not order. I have not opened the box because I tried to get a refund- if I had seen trustpilot before ordering I never would have done so. Lindywel (not to be confused with Lindywell, a reputable business, I'm sure the similar name is deliberate) has refused to let me return the unopened product saying their satisfaction guarantee only covers defective items. I have disputed the transaction with my bank.
