I've been gambling on soccer games specially Africa cup and I lost like 5k usdt and then I played casino and I lost 5k more or I don't know how much. Then two days ago I was lucky with the casino and I won around 3k usdt when I tried to withdraw they didn't let it me. They send me to contact the security department I send them an email they asked for my ID and I've send it from both sides and even I wrote a note on a paper with the ID. After that's they said you will receive no money until you send us a document that's said you are not addicted to gambling ! Did you ever hear such story or such document been ever asked by any gambling platform ? They stopped answering my emails. My next step is I will by next Monday go to an advocate and sue the influence that's promote this platform on my country ( Hassan be yahya Mario) because of him I played with this platform after that's i will let my advocat send an official later about everything I faced with this company to who ever give them a license. On 15/01/2024, LinBet closed my account(Id:698151291) claiming that I had multiple accounts on their platform. I strongly deny having multiple accounts. At the time of closure, my account had a balance of over 56,000 XAF ($101 USD), which included my initial deposit of 43,000 XAF ($78 USD).
I have fully completed all verification procedures required by LinBet, including submission of identity documents and any other requested information. There is no evidence that I have breached any terms or conditions of the platform.
I believe I am entitled to my initial deposit and remaining balance, as I have complied with all rules and procedures. The closure of my account and withholding of my funds has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss,expecially my initial deposit which is my private property.
I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with LinBet, but they have not provided any satisfactory explanation or evidence of wrongdoing on my part.
Until LineBet provides clear evidence and refunds my money, I do not recommend this platform. Users should exercise caution.
