I actually liked this website, but what happened yesterday shocked me. As usual, I deposited money into the website using my card and I won. I wanted to withdraw in crypto (Solana), and it showed 'manual hold.' I thought it was just some kind of procedure and that everything would be fine. After some time, I won again and withdrew to CS2, and everything was fine.
Then after finishing my session, I checked my crypto account and saw that I had not received the money. I contacted support and they asked me to complete KYC, which I willingly did. But after completing it, I was blocked from my account without any explanation, even though there was still money in it.
I contacted support again, and they said something failed and that they would contact the admins, which would take a couple of hours. It has already been 6 hours and I am still waiting. On top of that, I had deposited a CS2 skin as well.
A terrible experience, I do not recommend it.

I have had a csgogem account for around 2 years now, I was level 30. I was always depositing skins and this time I decided to try card deposit, my deposit was instantly placed on manual review, I was asked to submit documents. I submitted them, and my account was banned. I was told my money will be returned but no, after 1.5 months when I checked back it was still not returned. I had to call my bank to get the money back. Horrible expiriance, be ware that they are activly commiting textbook defenition of fraud.
I was banned after depositing $150. They claimed my KYC verification failed due to insufficient documents. I provided my valid driver's license, which doesn't expire until 2030, but it was deemed unacceptable, leading to a permanent ban. I contacted the support team, but they were of no help. I truly hope the management faces serious consequences.
The support team promptly addressed my issue and stayed in touch with me during the entire ticket process. They are by far the most responsive and helpful team I have encountered on any platform! Thank you to the team.
I completed the KYC review to verify my identity. Despite uploading my driver's license and a facial scan, they declined it. My account was banned without further explanation, and they stated it couldn't be reversed. They mentioned I would receive my deposits back in a few days, but never provided confirmation and ended the chat.
