I deposited 200 MAD to Linebet from my CIH bank account on 03/27/2026. The money was debited successfully from my account, but it has never been returned to me. I immediately contacted customer support and provided all required documents, including the full bank statement in PDF format, proof of the transfer, screenshots from the platform, and even video evidence of the transaction. I also completed all mandatory fields in my personal profile as requested.

Despite providing clear and undeniable evidence, my issue remains unresolved. Customer support has been extremely slow, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Every time I try to get updates, I receive vague responses asking for documents I have already submitted multiple times. This shows a serious lack of organization, accountability, and responsibility on the company’s side.

This situation is frustrating and unacceptable, especially when dealing with money and financial transactions. I trusted Linebet with my deposit, and their failure to resolve this issue demonstrates a poor payment system and weak customer care.
