I tried to return one item that was completely unused, unopened, and still in its original box. I also came back within the 30-day return period. Despite this, my return was refused with no clear explanation.
The attitude from the staff made it worse. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and gave the impression that returns are a problem they don’t want to deal with. It felt like I was being avoided rather than assisted.
This experience made one thing very clear: the focus is on selling, not on customer service. That kind of behavior is disappointing, especially for repeat customers.
If a store is only helpful when taking your money but disappears when you need support, that is not customer service, it’s just sales.
