The product was not of good quality. Reg 299 but paid sale clearance price. The puffer taffeta comforter with sherpa lining was not what I expected. The taffeta lining is very noisy so any movement in bed is going to probably disrupt you. The sherpa is poor quality. ie thin and it sheds. Of course purchased on line out of province so return will cost over 100$. Not recommended.

I ordered 2 sets of new dishes back in december of 2025, they arrived...in a comforter box that was beaten up...no "FRAGILE" sticker on it...nope, its just a comforter, so we can toss it around....yep, you guessed it, broken dishes inside. I submitted a claim to receive "WE have high call volumes at this time"....that was 2 month ago...I got one email saying "we haven't forgotten about you" over a month ago...off to chat to reach out again...somebody will be in touch with you..nope. Absolute horrible service, packing in a comforter box is a joke and now I have 2 incomplete sets because a dish was broken in both sets. Never again. I had HOPED spending my money in Canada ( ELBOWS UP) was the right thing to do, but clearly they don't care about their clients.

Frustrating Shipping Delays and Poor Customer Service

Experiencing the same issues as many others. The online shipping is incredibly slow. I bought a clearance item on Christmas morning, but it seems no one bothers to take it off the shelves, despite knowing the inventory was available. Now I receive automated emails saying they are searching for it for store pickup. I'm not holding my breath. I visited a local store in early November and had a disappointing experience, including a male employee yelling, 'let’s move along!' at the cash area just before closing. I sent an email complaint but received no response after four weeks. I tried again, and two weeks later, still no answer—just an automated reply. I'm unsure what's happening with this store. It's disheartening because people want to support local retail. They respond to comments on this platform, but the replies feel generic, and I don't see any signs of improvement! I might have to reconsider shopping here, as it seems to be a family-owned business, and the leadership clearly doesn’t seem to care.

Lack of Communication on ID Requirements

If the company requires customers to present ID for picking up online orders, it would be helpful to mention this in the confirmation email rather than informing them in person and denying them their items. Additionally, the process for canceling an online order should be more straightforward, instead of the frustrating runaround they currently provide.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I placed an online order on November 20, 2025, which was split into two shipments, both delivered by a carrier. The first shipment arrived missing 9 out of 10 items, and the second shipment had both items damaged. I quickly reported this through the ChatBot and followed up with emails. As noted by others, there is no live customer service agent or phone support available. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve these issues, the company has not reached out to me. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I will be contacting my credit card company for a chargeback.

Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order three weeks ago and only received half of it, which was also DAMAGED. I had to return to a store for a refund. The second half hasn’t arrived, and the delivery service has no updates. The company is unresponsive to emails, the chat support is ineffective, and there’s no phone contact available. AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS SELLER IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR PEACE OF MIND. I will be reaching out to my credit card company to dispute this charge. **UPDATE - the order finally arrived today, intact, but I won’t be ordering again, just so you know.

Awful customer support

Many previous reviews highlight their terrible customer support, and I can confirm it’s the worst I've encountered. I ordered online after a recommendation from a store associate while visiting and received the wrong item. Now, I can't reach anyone to process my return within the 30-day window; it's been a week. I've called customer support, sent emails, contacted the nearest store, and messaged on social media, but no response. My only option left is to drive two hours to return the item. I'm so frustrated that I doubt I'll order from them again, which is unfortunate as I prefer to support local businesses.

Misleading promotions with poor customer service

Why does the website advertise $50 off your BLACK FRIDAY purchase for signing up if the promo code can't be applied to discounted items? The fine print suggests terms, but I didn't see anything specific regarding discounted purchases. I've given my email for marketing but received nothing in return. Communicating with anyone on the website is a nightmare; the chatbot offers no real help and just confuses the issue. There’s no customer service available, which is disappointing because I had positive experiences with their products before.

Package delayed with no updates

My package has been stuck on "estimated delivery: today" for a week. Living in western Canada, I learned my order was likely handed off to a new courier, but no one at the company responds to my emails except for the useless chatbot. Customer service’s automated reply states they have many emails to handle, which is no surprise given their poor service. I spent $200, and I’ll be seeking a chargeback. Update: After a few days, both the courier and the company contacted me. I couldn’t track my package while in transit, but they did keep me updated about delays. It finally arrived, and the quality of the bed sheets is excellent. It was stressful not knowing where my order was, but since it eventually arrived and I’m satisfied with it, I might consider shopping again during sales.
