My package has been stuck on "estimated delivery: today" for a week. Living in western Canada, I learned my order was likely handed off to a new courier, but no one at the company responds to my emails except for the useless chatbot. Customer service’s automated reply states they have many emails to handle, which is no surprise given their poor service. I spent $200, and I’ll be seeking a chargeback. Update: After a few days, both the courier and the company contacted me. I couldn’t track my package while in transit, but they did keep me updated about delays. It finally arrived, and the quality of the bed sheets is excellent. It was stressful not knowing where my order was, but since it eventually arrived and I’m satisfied with it, I might consider shopping again during sales.
