I placed an online order on November 20, 2025, which was split into two shipments, both delivered by a carrier. The first shipment arrived missing 9 out of 10 items, and the second shipment had both items damaged. I quickly reported this through the ChatBot and followed up with emails. As noted by others, there is no live customer service agent or phone support available. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve these issues, the company has not reached out to me. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I will be contacting my credit card company for a chargeback.
