Experiencing the same issues as many others. The online shipping is incredibly slow. I bought a clearance item on Christmas morning, but it seems no one bothers to take it off the shelves, despite knowing the inventory was available. Now I receive automated emails saying they are searching for it for store pickup. I'm not holding my breath. I visited a local store in early November and had a disappointing experience, including a male employee yelling, 'let’s move along!' at the cash area just before closing. I sent an email complaint but received no response after four weeks. I tried again, and two weeks later, still no answer—just an automated reply. I'm unsure what's happening with this store. It's disheartening because people want to support local retail. They respond to comments on this platform, but the replies feel generic, and I don't see any signs of improvement! I might have to reconsider shopping here, as it seems to be a family-owned business, and the leadership clearly doesn’t seem to care.
