I ordered two items from you, one of which I wanted to return.However, my emails are not being answered, and I don't know where to send the item to return.I've already written them three times and haven't received a response to my inquiry.I first wrote to them on February 12, 2026, and still haven't received any information regarding the return.The only response I received recently was when you sent me a screenshot of another user's order and then apologized for the incorrect image.This only further confirmed my suspicion that you're ignoring me and not addressing my questions about the return.I find this very disappointing because I actually really liked the clothes and have no complaints about the quality, but with this kind of customer service, I will never order from them again.
