I ordered two items from you, one of which I wanted to return.
However, my emails are not being answered, and I don't know where to send the item to return.

I've already written them three times and haven't received a response to my inquiry.

I first wrote to them on February 12, 2026, and still haven't received any information regarding the return.

The only response I received recently was when you sent me a screenshot of another user's order and then apologized for the incorrect image.

This only further confirmed my suspicion that you're ignoring me and not addressing my questions about the return.

I find this very disappointing because I actually really liked the clothes and have no complaints about the quality, but with this kind of customer service, I will never order from them again.

Bad customer service and no response

Please don’t fall for this scam!

I waited 3 months for this order while customer service kept repeating the same message:l“it will ship soon.Nothing happened. The moment I finally asked for a refund, the package was magically shipped immediately.When it arrived, it was even worse than the wait. The dresses looked nothing like the photos. wrong colors, cheap materials, one dress completely see-through with zero warning on the website, and the sizing totally off (as others here mention)I contacted them right away to arrange a return and asked for a shipping label and they went radio silent. They simply disappeared so I can’t return the items.After months of waiting, misleading product photos, and being ignored when asking for a return, this company showed absolutely no respect for customers. Save yourself the stress and money — shop somewhere else.

In love with the coat

I would have loved sooner communication about my coat being a bit later. But when I asked the customer service about my delivery they were super helpful! They respond quick and help you with the question on hand. When the coat was finished, the delivery was super quick. I love the coat!

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE: I purchased a coat from this company after reviewing the measurements listed on their site. Upon arrival, one button immediately came off and the coat didn’t fit despite me being within the measurements on their site. I emailed them and they said a tailor could fix the button and add material so the coat would fit properly. When I declined and indicated it was not well made if the button fell off during a 5 minute try on and that they misrepresented the measurements online, they offered 15% back. When I declined they told me I must pay for the return shipping. Sadly, they expect the customer to pay the $100 return shipping event for quality issues and misrepresenting sizes on their website.

They dont refund. Thieves

I cancelled an order and they did not refund me, they told me their banking team is on holiday and I must wait more than 10 days for them to process a refund. It is a lie, because this company gave me an immediate refund. Also, this is a chinese company, so if you try to cancel or return, they do the thing typical of chinese sellers and beg you to keep the item for ÂŁ15.

I don't understand the bad reviews.I ordered a coat from them (XS size) and it is the most beautiful coat I've ever had. The style, cut, and fabric are amazing quality and the coat itself weighs around 2 kg, making it a nice and solid heavy coat. It did take a while to be shipped, but they're made to order, which makes sense.The wool is soft and not itchy at all. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy again.

Very long delivery, useless support, overpriced

I got my package after two and a half months, even though the original estimate was one month. After my initial contact they told me delivery would happen before end of November, it happened mid December. Support responded with information that their seamstresses are working hard, which I am not disputing but if I make a purchase with delivery estimate in time, doubling it does make angry. They offered a discount of 15 euros, which is peanuts money considering the price of the items. I got my items eventually, they are nice but not worth the price tag, especially the linnen dress which is very see through and compared to my other linnen dresses, the fabric is not of the same weight. Again, the waiting time ruined my experience the most and I will not be purchasing from this store again, since I cannot rely on delivery estimates and I am not willing to wait for stuff almost a quarter of year.
