I cancelled an order and they did not refund me, they told me their banking team is on holiday and I must wait more than 10 days for them to process a refund. It is a lie, because this company gave me an immediate refund. Also, this is a chinese company, so if you try to cancel or return, they do the thing typical of chinese sellers and beg you to keep the item for £15.
