For my birthday last month, my husband got me the stunning Phoenix 24, and a few weeks later, I treated myself to the elegant Helen 17 for a special event. The quality of both dresses is genuinely impressive and considering the generous amount of fabric used, the pricing feels very fair.The Phoenix arrived in under 10 days, which was a lovely surprise! As for the Helen, I reached out to customer service to ask about delivery timing, since I needed it for an event. Tracy was incredibly kind and helpful, clearly explaining the expected delays for France. Although the dress didn’t arrive in time (it came about 2.5 weeks after I placed the order) I was aware of the risk when ordering and appreciated the transparency.I’ve decided to keep the Helen anyway because it’s absolutely beautiful and fits nicely. I usually wear XS, and while the Helen is slightly roomier, it should be perfect for layering with long sleeves during autumn and winter. The Phoenix fitted like a glove, specially because you can adjust it to your body!Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of these lovely dresses and would definitely recommend them. I can't wait to buy another dress! Just a small note to future shoppers: be sure to plan ahead, as shipping may take a little time.
