Have used the Lingo cgm for 6 months I’m pleased with the data it provides, particularly how it’s presented, however there is a major flaw in their Bluetooth pairing process. I have had 4 sensors that have refused to pair, at £59 a pop - and on an IPhone 15 - totally unacceptable. Granted each sensor has been replaced but I’ve had to go through the hassle of contacting customer support and answering the same set of questions and generally having to explain the process I went through trying to pair the sensor as if I was a 5 year old. Am thinking of returning to the more reliable Dexcom CGM.
