The first sensor worked well. No complaints. The second failed immediately. I ran through all the troubleshooting steps. The device failed to connect. The error screen read ‘Biosensor ended early. Whatever the reason we’ll help you replace it.’ That was a lie.
Customer service has not responded to my emails. The phone number plays an obnoxious message about trouble shooting sensors that don’t work. No one picks up. No option to leave a message.
