Customer service just doesn't exist.
The contact form doesn't get anywhere, I was banned for apparently giving false information where I was located (it was an hours drive from me?).
There is no phone number associated with feedback/support, so I had to submit a contact form which I never got back.
The emails don't reply to you and the staff are more than rude for not giving a single reply.
