Extremely Unsatisfactory Experience

Extremely unsatisfactory experience. My account was suspended over a mere $25, and just two weeks of inactivity led to my details being sent to a debt recovery agency. That's incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, due to the suspension, I couldn't use my account properly, resulting in an additional $16 charge for a toll. How is that just? This entire situation feels absurd, and for such a large organization to treat customers this way — clearly prioritizing profit over fairness — is frankly disgraceful. I expected far better. When I contacted customer support, all I received was a dismissive 'sorry, there’s nothing we can do.' No assistance, no solutions.
