Untrustworthy and Frustrating Experience

This service has taken money from my account without permission, and when I called to inquire about it, the customer support representative acted clueless. This is the second incident where funds have disappeared without any related transactions on my statements, but I know it happened because I check my balance daily after the first occurrence. This company requires serious scrutiny from top to bottom. They are dishonest and exploitative, taking advantage of everyday users like me, particularly those who may not notice the discrepancies.

Thieves!!!

These individuals will randomly withdraw money from my account, and when I call to inquire, the customer service representative feigns ignorance. This is the second instance where they have taken funds without any trips or transaction evidence on my statements. I know it happened because I check my balance daily after the first disappearance. This organization requires a thorough investigation from top to bottom. They are deceitful, dishonest individuals exploiting everyday road users like myself, especially those who don’t notice these deductions.

Inaccurate Toll Charges – Needs Immediate Attention

I haven't gone through all the reviews, but I've seen comments such as 'the service randomly generates toll data to extract money from you,' and another user mentioned being charged for a journey they did not take. I had a similar situation, and resolving it took half an hour. Their technology should accurately read license plates. If it doesn’t, people might end up paying for trips they haven’t taken. Thankfully, I use tolls infrequently now, but previously I would have just assumed the charges were for my journey.

Extremely Unsatisfactory Experience

Extremely unsatisfactory experience. My account was suspended over a mere $25, and just two weeks of inactivity led to my details being sent to a debt recovery agency. That's incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, due to the suspension, I couldn't use my account properly, resulting in an additional $16 charge for a toll. How is that just? This entire situation feels absurd, and for such a large organization to treat customers this way — clearly prioritizing profit over fairness — is frankly disgraceful. I expected far better. When I contacted customer support, all I received was a dismissive 'sorry, there’s nothing we can do.' No assistance, no solutions.

Poor Customer Support

I was charged for my vehicle supposedly traveling through a toll. It took over 30 minutes on the phone to register my concern. I had to provide photos of my vehicle, which later revealed the toll entries were due to human error. During a follow-up call, I was informed of the outcome, and despite asking the representative to repeat the information, I received no apology or assurance that steps would be taken to prevent a recurrence. The lack of competition for this service is apparent.

Terrible Service Provider

Terrible service provider. They don’t actually deliver a functional service. They inexplicably re-added a car to my account that was written off years ago. They won’t let me obtain a new tag for my vehicle because that car had one, even though it didn't. I transferred it, but apparently, that doesn’t matter.

Horrendous Customer Support

Customer support is horrendous. They didn’t send my tag upon signing up. They charged me an extra 50 cents for every toll due to the absence of a tag. It took the representative 15 minutes to verify my information before addressing my issue. Their communication was poor, and I honestly doubt they resolved my issue after 38 minutes on the phone.

Years of Incompetence

Years of incompetence; I’d get a better deal from a broken mirror! Tags I returned two years ago remained on my account, and now they want me to pay for them. I ordered a replacement tag, but it never arrived. The call center operator was rude, insisting that even if the tags were lost in transit, 'they would know.' They spoke over me, unable to deviate from their script, then 'waived' the lost tag fees as a 'one-time courtesy' while attempting to sell me additional services. It felt like I was talking to a robot. Let's see if the new tags arrive this time. I’ve been charged video matching fees for a car I sold two years ago. They need to improve!
