The inventory management is severely lacking. I purchased two pairs of boots during a sale that wasn’t quite as advertised, as the price of one pair was raised. After waiting over a month with no shipping updates, customer service informed me they couldn't locate one of the boots and were still looking. Weeks later, I decided to cancel my order. It’s frustrating that a company can’t find items that were paid for. After reading similar experiences from others, it seems they need to either improve their inventory system or change the management handling it. Their current operations are clearly ineffective.
