Poor inventory management and frustrating experience.

The inventory management is severely lacking. I purchased two pairs of boots during a buy one get one sale, which felt misleading as the price of one pair had been increased. Over a month passed without shipping. Upon reaching out to customer support, I was informed they couldn't locate one of the pairs and were still searching. After a few more weeks, I decided to cancel my order. I really wanted those boots, but it's disappointing when a company is so disorganized that they can't fulfill purchases. After reading other reviews, it seems I'm not alone in this frustration. They need to improve their inventory management system or consider a change in leadership for it. The current operations are unacceptable.

Poor inventory management issues

The inventory management is severely lacking. I purchased two pairs of boots during a sale that wasn’t quite as advertised, as the price of one pair was raised. After waiting over a month with no shipping updates, customer service informed me they couldn't locate one of the boots and were still looking. Weeks later, I decided to cancel my order. It’s frustrating that a company can’t find items that were paid for. After reading similar experiences from others, it seems they need to either improve their inventory system or change the management handling it. Their current operations are clearly ineffective.

Extremely frustrating experience

My experience here has been terrible. I placed an order a month ago and have followed up multiple times, yet my order is still processing. The last response I received suggested I check back in 6-7 days if I still hadn’t received anything. This is the worst service I have encountered.

Unacceptable customer care

I’ve ordered shoes from their heavily promoted sales multiple times, and this is the fourth instance where I’ve had to follow up repeatedly over a month without any updates, only to have my order canceled despite it being marked as processing. This has also happened to friends and colleagues. The customer service is consistently the worst I’ve ever encountered. I should have learned my lesson by now, but I still want to support a local business.

Order cancellation after a long wait

Issues with returns

I tried on shoes in-store that were too small, and the employee assured me she could ship the correct size to my home, stating I had 10 days for a full refund if they didn’t fit. When the shoes arrived and didn’t fit, I was informed I couldn’t get a refund because they were on sale. I explained that I wouldn’t have purchased them if I had known this. They took no responsibility for the misinformation. Even after reaching out to customer service, I received no assistance. Terrible service, misleading information, and no accountability—avoid this company.

Disappointing policies and quality

The policies are terrible and the quality is lacking. I didn’t read the refund policy carefully and bought three pairs of shoes during a sitewide sale. Unfortunately, they were only returnable for a gift card, which left me with $500 to spend there. I placed three separate orders trying to use the gift card, but every pair was low quality and uncomfortable. I've given up and even the handbags I bought feel cheap. Avoid this brand and make wiser choices than I did.

Very disappointed with the experience

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience and won’t be shopping here again. I bought two pairs of shoes during a visit, but when I tried to return them within the 10-day period, I was told I could only receive store credit due to a promotion that wasn’t clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Despite spending over $300 on mediocre quality shoes, my request for a refund was denied. The staff directed me to customer service, but I received rigid responses with no attempt to help. Their return policy is unreasonably strict and poorly communicated. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand and won’t be making this mistake again.

Disappointing customer service experience

I’m very disappointed with customer service. I ordered a pair of boots nearly a month ago and still haven’t received them. There has been no meaningful follow-up, and the attitude from customer service has been unprofessional. All my communication has been through email with a representative who has shown no empathy or accountability. Instead of addressing my concerns, her responses were dismissive. While I understand delays can happen, the lack of care shown toward customers is unacceptable. I’m very disappointed and don’t plan to shop here again.
