Issues with returns

I tried on shoes in-store that were too small, and the employee assured me she could ship the correct size to my home, stating I had 10 days for a full refund if they didn’t fit. When the shoes arrived and didn’t fit, I was informed I couldn’t get a refund because they were on sale. I explained that I wouldn’t have purchased them if I had known this. They took no responsibility for the misinformation. Even after reaching out to customer service, I received no assistance. Terrible service, misleading information, and no accountability—avoid this company.
