I’m very disappointed with customer service. I ordered a pair of boots nearly a month ago and still haven’t received them. There has been no meaningful follow-up, and the attitude from customer service has been unprofessional. All my communication has been through email with a representative who has shown no empathy or accountability. Instead of addressing my concerns, her responses were dismissive. While I understand delays can happen, the lack of care shown toward customers is unacceptable. I’m very disappointed and don’t plan to shop here again.
