Poor customer service when sent defective products! I was sent a defective pair of boots and contacted H.O. the same day, now 4 days later im emailed telling me to bring them to a store within 10 days of arrival. So you have waisted 4 days, I still do NOT have a return label from you and I refuse to pay for shipping back on a damaged product! All of these things that were mentioned in my FIRST email 4 days ago. Im appalled at the lack of service, of course if I lived in a city with your store I would go there! But I don't, so why would your customer service rep even tell me such nonsense and waist a week of time!? Come on get your crap together already.
