Boots broke after five times wearing them and manager said “not our problem”.I recently purchased the Bonn Black Leather boots. Last weekend I wore them out and the heel cap on the left boot fell off. I have only worn them a handful of times and was shocked to see them falling apart already. The boots are currently unwearable as walking without a heel cap will result in further damage to the boot.These boots were over $250. I was happy to spend the money in exchange for quality, but am saddened by not only the quality, but the lack of customer service support in the Sherway Gardens location. When I went to the store they said that happens but they don’t do refunds, exchanges, store credit or repairs for this issue. Their recommendation was that I should just go pay $50 to have them fixed by a cobbler.I was under the impression that the boots are meant to last longer than 5 wears as it would be extremely deceiving and unethical otherwise. Apparently that is not the case with l’intervalle. Cute boots, would recommend if you don’t mind spending $50 every five weeks to repair them!
