I was sent two left-sided shoes, making them unwearable. I tried to find a contact number for assistance in getting the correct pair, but there was none. I attempted to process a return, but it seems this item is not returnable. I've emailed the support team, but I have no idea when they'll respond. This has ruined my Christmas work outfit and my outfit for Christmas Day if it's not fixed by tomorrow. If you're selling non-returnable items, please ensure orders are handled properly.
