I ordered boots and shoes for an event in October. I was aware of delivery issues and reached out, only to be told I'd have to wait for the order to be returned before any action could be taken. After numerous emails, I received a message suggesting I reorder with a 15% discount, but nothing about my previous payment. It's been over a month without any resolution or refund. This is not good customer service.
