I had a very bad experience with Lion Air and would not recommend it to anyone.Less than 12 hours before my flight from Bali to Jakarta, they suddenly changed the departure time to an earlier hour without properly informing or getting my agreement. I did NOT accept this change.The worst part was that there was absolutely no customer support. I tried calling, emailing, and even messaging on WhatsApp multiple times, but no one responded.I was not even in Denpasar at the time, and because of their last-minute change, I had to urgently arrange a long and expensive tripjust to make it to the airport. This caused me serious stress and financial loss.Their service is extremely poor, and they take no responsibility for passengers. No proper support, no compensation, nothing.Very disappointing experience. I will never choose this airline again.
