I had an extremely disappointing experience with Batik Air.
I booked Business Class for a long-haul journey from Labuan Bajo to Jakarta, continuing with Emirates to Dubai and Düsseldorf. Unfortunately, the service provided by Batik Air was completely unacceptable from start to finish.
The Business Class check-in counter in Labuan Bajo was closed, meaning I paid for a premium service that simply did not exist. Online check-in was also impossible due to repeated error messages on the Batik Air website.
To make matters worse, the flight was moved earlier, resulting in a 9-hour layover in Jakarta. Despite this disruption, the staff refused to find any solution to check our luggage through to the final destination. This forced us to exit the airport in Jakarta, collect our baggage, and go through the entire check-in process again.
Because of the schedule change, lounge access is effectively lost, as check-in will likely only open about four hours before departure.
The two staff members at the Labuan Bajo counter were particularly unprofessional—constantly yawning, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist in any meaningful way.
Overall, this was a complete failure in terms of service, organization, and basic customer care. I would strongly reconsider choosing Batik Air, especially for any trip involving connections or premium class bookings.

I had a very bad experience with Lion Air and would not recommend it to anyone.
Less than 12 hours before my flight from Bali to Jakarta, they suddenly changed the departure time to an earlier hour without properly informing or getting my agreement. I did NOT accept this change.
The worst part was that there was absolutely no customer support. I tried calling, emailing, and even messaging on WhatsApp multiple times, but no one responded.
I was not even in Denpasar at the time, and because of their last-minute change, I had to urgently arrange a long and expensive trip
just to make it to the airport. This caused me serious stress and financial loss.
Their service is extremely poor, and they take no responsibility for passengers. No proper support, no compensation, nothing.
Very disappointing experience. I will never choose this airline again.

AIRCOMPANY IS FRAUD

I booked a round-trip flight from Seoul to Bangkok (April 5 – April 15), but due to personal reasons, I needed to change my travel dates. Unfortunately, my experience with this airline has been extremely frustrating.I tried contacting customer support through multiple channels — email, phone calls, and even WhatsApp — but received no response at all. No one answers the phone, and there is zero communication from their side.I also attempted to modify or cancel my booking on my own, but even that option does not work properly. The system does not allow me to make any changes, leaving me completely stuck.It is very disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and support, especially when dealing with something as important as international travel. I feel ignored as a customer and would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking with this airline.

1 star.My CGK–DPS flight on 02-03-2026 was moved 3 hours and 50 minutes earlier to a 04:30 departure.A schedule change of that size is not minor. It forces passengers to travel to the airport in the middle of the night, with limited transport options and significant disruption to sleep and planning.While I understand operational adjustments happen, moving a flight nearly four hours earlier without meaningful flexibility for passengers is extremely inconvenient.Clearer policies and stronger passenger protection around substantial time changes would greatly improve the customer experience.

Cancelled and rescheduled flights Ambon-Jkt on Sunday…

Booked flight Tual-Ambon-Jkt on Sunday 28, discovered a week ago that Ambon-Jkt was cancelled without notification. Tried to reschedule the flight to Saturday, got stuck in the whatsapp communication, never got any answers. Then the flight on Saturday was rescheduled but from the message it's unclear how and what, and again question for clarification whatsapp refers me to a bot and then to an officer who never appears online. This airline is just incredibly unapproachable, haphazard and crazy.

Scammers. Fraudsters. Thieves.

Paid £127 each for a direct flight across Indonesia to avoid transfers and delays only to be "rescheduled" onto a flight with a transfer, which was then "rescheduled" later, and then delayed twice. Exactly what we paid extra to avoid.No compensation. No accountability. Just robbed of our product and given something totally subpar in return. It is like paying for a ferrari and receiving a fiat panda with no money back.Rude staff in the airport.Rude staff on WhatsApp.Rude staff on email.If this was in a different country, there would be stricter rules in place to avoid companies acting like this.Robbed.Fraud.Scammers.

Never again. Worse even than Ryan air.

Not e v even off the ground and I'm concerned I'll even make it yo my destination. Horribly bad customer service. Website is terrible. App does not work.
