The group includes Lion Air, Wings Air, Batik Air, Batik Air Malaysia, Thai Lion Air, and Super Air Jet.Lion air cancelled our flight and we were unable to use their website to book a new one or get a refund. They have a system where their airlines blame each other and no system to support customers. Their website purposely does not work so you can’t request refund and when using their WhatsApp chat they just send you in circles and say you have to speak to another airline in their group.I went to the airport to ask for someone to help but similarly to the WhatsApp customer service they could not help. They could not even phone someone to help but told me to use the link to request a refund which constantly has an error every time I have used it in the last few days, another clear example of fraudulent practice I have still not been able to speak to anyone and have had no responses to emails.
