I had a mixed experience with wheelchair boarding. In one location, the staff were professional and knowledgeable about the procedures. However, at another airport, the staff seemed unsure of their roles. Initially, I was instructed to queue with other passengers, but later it was suggested I could get priority. During boarding, no one came to assist with the wheelchair, so I had to manage on my own. I was advised to board last, which was frustrating. They need to improve their training.
