Low fares come with major drawbacks.

I frequently choose this airline due to their significantly lower fares compared to others. However, if you decide to book with them, be prepared for the following: - Delays are frequent and considerable. - As others have mentioned, if you face issues and are eligible for a refund, you will likely never receive it. - Customer service is virtually nonexistent. Calls go unanswered, and no matter how many emails you send, you won't get a response. - Always opt for the "economy lite" (the cheapest option) and add check-in bags later in the booking process. There's no benefit to selecting the standard fare, as they won't honor any of their stated inclusions, including luggage allowances, meaning you'll end up paying twice. And due to the lack of customer support, you won't get your money back. If you can accept these conditions when booking, the planes are comfortable, and the legroom is above average compared to other airlines in the area.
