Yesterday was my first flight with this airline. If you’re used to budget carriers, this service feels like a breath of fresh air. The seating was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and there was no constant selling of unnecessary items. However, I encountered difficulties trying to change to an extra legroom seat due to my height. The support I received was lacking, and I couldn’t secure the additional legroom I needed. They might not be keen on accommodating such requests.
