This company does not even deserve 1 star. They are very dishonest. The only reason they are in business is because they are sold in stores. The customer service is horrible and unapologetic. I bought two "kits" both stating under the description they came with videos, there were 100 percent no videos and the designers had the patterns for free on their website so basically they charged me a 121 dollars for 8 skeins, nothing else. I asked to make a return and they refused to send a return label and it took multiple emails for me to get the return address. I included the original invoice and a note and now they are saying I needed to include their return slip. I am not able to review their website because new reviews are not allowed. It keeps saying I need to purchase the listing. This is a very dishonest company. I wish I would have seen this Trustpilot page before making a purchase. I feel deceived and tricked into buying from them. I see why 59% of the reviews on this page are bad reviews. Not at all what they show on their website. The return is sent, I guess will have to contact Citi Bank to get a refund if they refuse to process a refund.
