I ordered 78 euros worth of yarn to my country, excluding the delivery of 23e and customs fee of 20e. Well, my package was switched with a woman from Canada's and I received the wrong goods. After weeks of trying to contact customer service, with very long detailed emails including images, they got back to me and only refunded me the cost of the yarn and not the delivery or customs fee. Even the delivery would have been reasonable as this is an error on their end. Anyway, I am out 43 euros with a lot of yarn that is nice but I don't have any use for, and in order to complete my project I'll have to continue ordering from a 3rd party seller because Lion Brand are not trustworthy to buy from directly, though I thought buying in bulk from them would somehow save me money in the long run clearly I was mistaken
