Their rewards program is basically useless; points coupons can't be used with ANY other promotions, despite the site saying they don't work only with other coupon codes or specific promotions. If you cancel or return an order where you used points, you lose any you earned (fair) but don't get the ones you spent back (not so fair). Their customer service is slow and often not helpful. If you want their yarns, maybe get them from another shop.
