I ordered from a website, and the items received were nothing like described: a size labeled “L” was more like 2XL, and the tags were removed. Customer support ignored my initial emails and offered only a 10% refund or a gift card. After pushing, they suggested sending another item with no guarantee of correct size or quality. They finally stated I could return the items at my own cost (20–30 USD to the UK) but only if all tags were intact, which was impossible since they were cut off when I received them. In summary: Poor quality, misleading sizes, no reliable refund, and return shipping costs fall on the customer, making refunds unrealistic. I now have to request a chargeback through my bank and strongly recommend avoiding this shop.
