Cheap shoes, ad says suede they were more like cardboard. The chemical odor was so bad I left the package outside on my patio. I bought 2 pair of the mens Leonardo Luxe Brown and umber. Their product is so cheap I threw them in the trash. Cardboard uppers and plastic soles. Would be dangerous to walk in. Return cost more than I paid for that crap, I'll just take the lost. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! I received boots made of fake leather and polyurethane instead of the advertised 100% genuine leather, which was the only reason I purchased them. When I requested a full refund, they offered me just 25% and to keep the boots. They are so poorly made I couldn't even sell them for $10. This company is selling subpar products while misrepresenting their quality, knowing that returns will be requested. The return shipping costs more than the price of the item, giving them a massive profit margin. Avoid this seller at all costs!

I ordered from a website, and the items received were nothing like described: a size labeled “L” was more like 2XL, and the tags were removed. Customer support ignored my initial emails and offered only a 10% refund or a gift card. After pushing, they suggested sending another item with no guarantee of correct size or quality. They finally stated I could return the items at my own cost (20–30 USD to the UK) but only if all tags were intact, which was impossible since they were cut off when I received them. In summary: Poor quality, misleading sizes, no reliable refund, and return shipping costs fall on the customer, making refunds unrealistic. I now have to request a chargeback through my bank and strongly recommend avoiding this shop.
This company is dishonest. I purchased a sweater for 57.00 that looked great online, but what I received was a cheap shirt unworthy of five dollars. I was told to return it to China, which would cost 50 dollars! There was no assistance at all. I've ordered online many times, and this is the first time I’ve had such an experience. Learn from my mistake!
