I ordered two t-shirts on November 29th. They were supposed to be express and insured, but the delivery was mishandled, and I haven't received my items. The support team has not responded to my inquiries, and the delivery service claims they cannot assist either. I feel like I've lost £61 with no products in return and have had to report this to my bank. The company only provides automated replies with no real help. I wouldn’t order from them again, especially given their choice of delivery partner.
