Misleading Policies

I've been attempting to get a refund for the two t-shirts I ordered. Their policy claims 'YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED,' yet the process has been nothing but a hassle. I had to take photos of the items for review before they would even consider the return, and I have to cover the return shipping costs, which will be $50 for Canada!

High Quality and Great Assistance

I ordered a kangaroo pocket t-shirt for my partner and mistakenly selected the wrong size. The product quality is outstanding, and the design is excellent. The customer care team was very prompt in their response and helped me get the correct size delivered.

Lack of Communication and Missing Items

I ordered two t-shirts on November 29th. They were supposed to be express and insured, but the delivery was mishandled, and I haven't received my items. The support team has not responded to my inquiries, and the delivery service claims they cannot assist either. I feel like I've lost £61 with no products in return and have had to report this to my bank. The company only provides automated replies with no real help. I wouldn’t order from them again, especially given their choice of delivery partner.

Poor Quality After One Wash

I got a shirt from a consignment shop that still had the tags on it. After just one wash, it developed a hole. The quality is shockingly bad; the original price was around $80, which made me think I was getting a good deal at $20. It's not even worth $5.

Misleading Return Policies

It took a month to receive my order, which was extremely small even for a two-week-old. The return policy in the fine print contradicts the advertised 100% money back guarantee on their website. I have to pay both a restocking fee and the shipping fee back, which is often more than the item itself unless I can deliver it in person.

I ordered this for my son, and it showed as delivered on October 6th, but I never received it. I emailed twice and received a generic response telling me to check my mailbox and ask neighbors. I had already done all of that before reaching out.

Difficult Return Process

The t-shirt pouch was too small for my one-month-old, raising questions about what it’s actually designed for. The return process is extremely inconvenient, and they don't follow EU consumer laws, leaving customers with no recourse to get their money back.
