I ordered and got an invalid tracking number. Finally got them and they Do Not work. The patches fall constantly. I was just illegally billed for 6 months a second time. They responded very quickly when I was inquiring about the delivery and even after i requested a refund as I am not satisfied with th the product but also for the 2nd charge I did not authorize. I have not received anything back since then and I just keep sending messages. I will be contacting the BBB to report them tomorrow. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Ordered on 1/4 just showed up on 2/19

Ordered on 1/4 just showed up on 2/19, no message except that that it had been delivered back in January. Two more charges that I didn’t ask for. Active ingredients are bogus. First is lavender oil, then Acetyl hexapeptide-8 amide. The second one is for saggy skin, like botox. That’s it. My bank blocked one of the bogus charges and so they charged my other credit card, without my permission.

This company has provided no shipping…

This company has provided no shipping information, despite multiple requests. It takes forever for someone to respond to an email, and when they do, none of the links they provide (claiming the link will show updated shipping information) are valid. This is a bull$hit company. Don't waste your time or money.

They have told me that the product will arrive in a week twice now. Still nothing. Started charging me for subscription and say they are refunding it but then charge me again two weeks later. Call to get them to cancel and get the run around. This is a scam!!! Avoid this site. Tried to talk to a supervisor and get the run around there also. They also charge everything under a different business name.Update: my money did get refunded after I contacted my card holder to dispute charges. The product that was supposed to arrive never did or I would have returned it.

I made a one time purchase

I made a one time purchase. Then they charged me twice saying I had subscribed. I did not. I was charged a third time. At this point they owe me about $300. I was told they’d start a return process but then they said I would have to pay for return to CHINA! This company is a scam and should be banned from doing business in the USA.

FRAUD; CARD INFORMATION THEFT

This company is a scam and I wish I could give it 0 stars. I purchased patches for $145.75 from Lipovia in December, they gave me a fake tracking number and never sent them. In January, my card information was fraudulently used to make a purchase in the amount of $149.75 at a sporting goods store. In February, when I requested a refund for the amount I paid in December, their support told me they would refund me the second amount from January--one that was fraudulent and had nothing to do with the product I ordered from them. This place not only steals your money once by not sending you the product you paid for, but they steal your card information and use it fraudulently thereafter. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LIPOVIA.MARCH 2, 2026 UPDATE:Lipovia responded to me through this site to challenge the above assertions and, as I cannot reply to it directly, I'm responding with this update. Their response is laughable because I have been in constant contact with their support via email for the past 3 months--there was no need to reply here. I never received a functional tracking number, I never received the original order, I obviously reported it to my bank and was issued a new card, I obviously reported it to the financial bureau responsible for tracking such fraud, and there is irrefutable proof that I was charged by this company two weeks after my original purchase for a transaction that was not authorized by me or connected to any additional purchase (I found out about THIS fraud after I reported the original fraud to my bank and after I'd already posted my original review). I have still never received a refund for the original order amount or the unauthorized transaction amount--the only refund I received was for the amount spent at the sporting goods store. The company now wants me to provide the reference number--along with my full name and phone number--to Trustpilot to recognize my claims as genuine. It's equally laughable, as they have already been given that information for my original order through our extensive email communications, I was never given a reference number for the unauthorized transaction because I didn't authorize it, and I will not be giving more information to a third party for them to misuse. Again, this company is a scam and you should avoid them at all costs.MARCH 3, 2026 UPDATE:Lipovia is forcing me to give information I've already personally given them to Truspilot or my review will be removed. So, I gave it to them in order to protect the public from their fraudulent business practices. Pray for me that I don't get a million spam calls and emails due to this ridiculous situation.
