I placed an order in November after "winning" store credit. I received my package and noticed that two of the lip stains were the wrong colors. I contacted them on multiple occasions (I have the email chain to prove it). They contacted me back once telling me to give them 24-48 hours to look into it and that they would get back from me. They have ignored me ever since. My last email was telling them that if I did not hear back soon that I would dispute the charge with my bank. I still have not heard anything back.I have no problem sending back the incorrect colors as I have not used them, I would just like the products that I paid for.
