Review Time
I never received my package !My items were sent back to the original "warehouse" since they didnt wrote the correct address!I tried contacting the customer services and they just never resolved the issue after so many attempts they finally responded back to my email and all what the agent said was i will look into this and he will never give me an update. And after that one time they never responded back to my emails !.
this so called company did the facebook game and suckered me. i got taken for 200 dollars for stinky dried up junk that is not even dollar store quality. i was supposed to pay only shipping and they slammed my bank account for 200 dollars extra. they promised a refund which never arrived, and the junk from china they sent me smells like crap. its cheap, dried up, and this is the worst company i have ever ran into. i am going to check with the better business bureau again, and the fcc, and everyone else i can think of to shut this scam site down forever. i wish i had read reviews first, i would never have fell for this idiocy.
I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I placed 2 different orders and never received my package EVER! I alerted the company and they have done absolutely nothing about it. They tell me to contact my post office and they can't do anything. After receiving my payment and business they have completely disregarded the company and blamed the issue on me. I would not buy from this company. The post office has done more to be of assistance then they have. Horrible company !
I don't get it why they are complaining. I got my items in good condition considering I only paid for shipping for ALL 9 of them. We all played a game on facebook and it was fun, not expecting to win the lottery here people. Shipping was fast, got confirmation and everything updates until I received my items!
I placed an order in November after "winning" store credit. I received my package and noticed that two of the lip stains were the wrong colors. I contacted them on multiple occasions (I have the email chain to prove it). They contacted me back once telling me to give them 24-48 hours to look into it and that they would get back from me. They have ignored me ever since. My last email was telling them that if I did not hear back soon that I would dispute the charge with my bank. I still have not heard anything back.I have no problem sending back the incorrect colors as I have not used them, I would just like the products that I paid for.
You "win" free product (note: all product is free according to their customer service) and are required to pay $17.95 for shipping. The customer reviews on their site are pictures stolen from beauty bloggers with fake names attached. The items you receive are unsealed, do not match the colors shown on the site, and of very low quality. Don't get suckered like I did (and if you do, report them to the FTC like I did).
