The subject was a bike I ordered. The order and delivery process were quick. However, the bike arrived with some issues (broken parts) and not in the requested configuration. Communication was slow initially and stopped completely after I requested replacements for the damaged parts. This would have been relatively inexpensive to remedy. I do not recommend this shop. It's better to spend a little more and purchase locally.
