I truly don't know how to express my disappointment. I found a stunning bike at a 48% discount for €6,000, which I thought was an unbeatable offer. I placed my order on December 29, 2025. Until January 8, 2026, I received no contact apart from the automatic confirmation. There was no human interaction, no communication, and no customer support. I used the bonus codes I received to order some accessories and paid an additional €5. In the order note, I requested that the accessories be packed with the bike in the same box. With no response, I had no way of knowing if my note was even acknowledged. I reached out to customer support three times but received no replies. The chat was only with a bot, and when I asked to speak to a real person, there was no response. After 11 days, someone finally contacted me and informed me there was an issue with my order and that they couldn't deliver the bike. They offered me a different size, which I declined, and I requested a full refund. On January 9, 2026, they initiated the refund, and I received my money back on January 13. My money was tied up for 16 days in total. While I can't say this happens all the time, it feels like the company might be struggling with liquidity issues: they promote attractive deals they cannot fulfill, take customers' money to manage cash flow temporarily, and then slowly return the funds. I'm extremely disappointed that they confirm orders they clearly can't fulfill, without any apology or compensation for the issues they cause. I strongly advise against using this store. Based on other reviews, I know I'm not the only one who has faced this.

Great experience buying an MTB for my daughter

I purchased an MTB for my daughter. Unfortunately, the fork on the MTB wasn't functioning properly. I reached out to the service and explained the issue. My contact was very professional and kind, and they arranged everything for me. I sent the faulty fork back, and I received the repaired one in return. I must say that the service was exceptional, and I wish every company had such professionalism. I am grateful to them and would recommend this service to anyone. Positive experience overall!

I had a very positive experience with this shop. I decided to write a review since I was hesitant to order after reading several negative reviews. I ended up buying a bike that was €300 cheaper than anywhere else. Despite the negative feedback, I took a chance because the price was so good, and since I paid with PayPal, I felt secure about returning the bike if needed. Their communication isn't great and the website could use improvement, especially with translations. After placing my order, I didn't receive any updates until the bike shipped, which I expected based on the reviews. It took about a week and a half to ship and an additional week to arrive in France, totaling around 2.5 weeks, which I found reasonable. The bike arrived in a somewhat damaged box, but thankfully the bicycle itself was in good condition. The delivery person suggested we open the box before signing for it, and upon inspection, the bike was perfectly set up with no need for adjustments. I've bought several bikes online before and usually have to make tweaks, but this time everything was great. I would give the shop 5 stars if they improved communication and used better packaging. Overall, it was a very good experience and a great price!

Lack of communication

I was interested in purchasing an e-bike from them. You would think they would care about inquiries, but they haven't responded to emails, phone calls, or messages. If I had bought the e-bike from them and encountered issues, it would have been a hassle to deal with them. I ended up purchasing my e-bike from another seller. If you value your time, I recommend looking elsewhere as there are plenty of options available.

Best price found!

I found the best price for the bike I wanted through this service. I reached out a few days after ordering to confirm the delivery date since I hadn't received any updates, and they responded quickly. The total time from order to shipment was 12 days, which was understandable as they were busy. I saved a significant amount on this bike. When the shipment arrived, the packaging was damaged, and the bike had a small scratch on the frame. They offered compensation, which I accepted. Communication through email was straightforward. My only concern is that they used a shipment box that wasn't suitable for a bike, as there was no proper protection around it.

Damaged upon arrival, no customer service response

I ordered a bike, and it arrived relatively quickly. However, the box was upside down, and the bike was packed improperly. While the bike itself was undamaged, the light was broken and the mount was detached. I initiated a complaint eight days ago and received a case number, but no further communication. They are unreachable by phone, and after waiting in line, I was disconnected. This has been a terrible experience, and I won't be using this service again!

Poor customer service experience

We stayed at a rental property that was nice, but upon arrival, the oven was broken and couldn't be fixed during our stay. Not having an oven for a week is quite inconvenient when paying a lot for the rental. Additionally, the air conditioning failed two days before check-out, and despite being told someone would come by to check it, no one ever did. The condo was uncomfortably warm. I should have paid attention to the reviews and booked through a different agency that was more responsive. We spent a lot on our stay and the lack of concern and urgency from the service is disappointing. There were no apologies or compensation for the issues we faced.
